Ordering checks can be done either online through CWAnyWhere, or by a CW employee by contacting us. (You can also order checks outside of our ordering system if you wish to do so, but please review the FAQ for "How do I sign up for direct deposit?" to ensure you are using the correct account information before placing an order, or if you are still unsure, contact us.)

First, log into the CWAnyWhere online banking link. (Currently checks cannot be ordered through the mobile app, they are only available at the online version of CWAnyWhere, although we will have this functionality soon.)


Next click on "MORE" in the upper right hand corner and then "ORDER CHECKS".

Select the CW Checking account that you would like to order checks for

This should take you to Harland Clarke's quick order website where you can select either "QUICK ORDER" to reorder your previous style of checks or to select a basic CW check design for any new orders, or you can select "SHOP FULL CATALOG" to be able to choose different designs, as well as purchase accessories such as stamps, checkbook covers, registers, and deposit tickets.

When "QUICK ORDER" is clicked, you will be able to customize your information on the checks as well as the style (duplicate or single), quantity, and lettering style.

When "SHOP FULL CATALOG" is selected the process is similar, but first you are able to choose the design of your checks.
Click on "ADD TO CART" once selections are completed.

You should then receive a confirmation page stating that the items were successfully added to your cart. You can then choose any additional items needed and then click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" at the bottom of the page.

Lastly, review your order and input your email address to receive shipping status emails. If everything looks okay, click on "SUBMIT ORDER" at the bottom of the page.
